Dji Care Refresh Agreement

DJI Care refresh includes up to two replacement products in one year. Let`s take a look at the cost of each replacement. If you purchase “DJI Care Refresh” separately from the DJI store, you must enter your product SN based on the ordering prompt page. When you purchase the DJI Care Refresh activation card, you need to enter your product activation code and SN via store.dji.com/active-care to activate your DJI Care Refresh. 1. Replacement fee: For the use of the replacement service, an additional replacement fee must be paid. 2. Logistics and other charges 1) The replacement service is only available in the country or region (hereafter referred to as the “service area”) corresponding to the version you chose when you purchased DJI Care Refresh. DJI pays the shipping costs generated in the service area for both routes. 2) If you use the replacement service in a non-service area, DJI pays the two-way shipping fee generated in the service area and you must pay shipping, taxes and other costs incurred by supraregional transportation that is not indicated in this agreement.

DJI has the right to be eligible for a replacement refusal if the above conditions are not met. 3) Please do not send parts or products such as remote control, battery in combo, battery purchased separately, other DJI accessories or third party accessories that are not covered by DJI Care Refresh. The costs incurred by the return of the above parts are to be paid by the customer. The validity of the replacement service offered by DJI Care Refresh (1-Jahresplan) is calculated from 0:00 on the date indicated in the DJI Care service contract (Refresh 1 year) and the validity period is 12 months. · The validity of the replacement service offered by DJI Care Refresh (2-year plan) is calculated from 0:00 on the date indicated in the DJI Care Refresh service contract (2-year plan) and the validity period is 24 months. · The validity of DJI Care Refresh`s extended warranty service (2-year plan) is calculated from 0:00 from the second year to the date indicated in the service contract. It ends at the same time as the replacement period. The validity period is 12 months.

Please note that if you purchase DJI Care Refresh separately for a previously purchased DJI product, DJI Care Refresh will be automatically activated within 24 hours.
